I moved to Elora in January 1985 because I was attracted to the natural beauty, the charming architecture and the cultural diversity of the area. I became a Realtor in 1989 and have enjoyed my work ever since, earning several national awards for performance over my long career. I am dedicated to providing a high standard of service to both buyers and sellers. To quote some of my clients: “She made our buy stress free and enjoyable”, “Patient and attentive”, “Very professional, very sensitive to our needs”, “Very positive and a great communicator”. From October 1999 to February 2002 I was with Quality Engineered Homes where my responsibilities included custom design as well as sales. It was an excellent experience where I learned a lot about what to look for in a house. I am proud to have attained the Accredited Senior Agent designation, a designation held by only one percent of realtors nationwide.
Real Estate is most people’s largest investment and the details involved in buying or selling a home can be very stressful with many steps and lots of fine print. Buyers and Sellers deserve good advice and great service. Quite simply my job is to provide both.
I take my work very seriously but I also enjoy life. I volunteer with Neighbourwoods, the Elora Centre for the Arts, and I devote the first weekend in May to helping with the Elora Book Sale, the major fundraiser for the Elora Festival. And like most people, when not busy with work and volunteering my greatest joy comes from spending time with friends and family.
